Just before Christmas I was watching a CNN news program from America and they interviewed a retired Nato Commander (about the Bosnian/Serb situation).

The Commander's name is Lt. George Joulwan.

He was talking about the peace process and during his conversation he illustrated the concept of the warring parties sharing common facilities, "e.g. electrical power" to promote peace.

If you haven't already, I would get in touch with him ASAP.

Had a good holiday, I hope ...... up and at'um in 1998.
