Changing The Way We Look At Climate Change:

Local institute researches ways for countries to work together
toward a quality of life for everyone in a sustainable way.

Dear GENI Friend,

Just six months ago GENI moved into a new facility in downtown San Diego next to City Hall.  It’s an immersive visualization environment –  270o surround with 12 large screens and Wi-Fi connections for all staff, interns and volunteers.  It’s a former bank space that we have re-purposed -- to accelerate understanding of our global trends and offer solutions towards more sustainable futures.

At work in the World Resources Simulation Center - WRSCRecently our work was featured in the Downtown News.  The story is concise, accurate and offers solutions for nations, communities, organizations and individuals.

The author speaks of the outstanding work by our interns and volunteers, which enable us to conduct research into renewable potential, market our strategy globally and provoke policy-makers and business leaders to invest in clean energy options.

Many of these reports are available now for you to read and share – use the “100% Renewable Energy Reports” button at www.GENI.org

«Salutation», there is positive movement on the GENI Initiative every dayThis month you’ll see that the President of Chile is promoting the interconnection of his country to the Latin American electric grid. Chile is blessed with hydro and solar for both domestic use and potential export to neighbors.  Our goal is for every nation to interconnect along their borders for the mutual benefit to all.

GENI's 25th Anniversary Seal.jpg We proudly share this with you, as your financial support makes our work possible.

In partnership for the planet,

Peter Meisen
