Sima AkbulutI was a student of Yeditepe University in Istanbul, Turkey, as well as an exchange student in the Business For Global Practices program at SDSU. My business studies in international marketing communication became with great benefit from GENI. GENI's great employees found an ideal project for me, to develop my skills and knowledge of renewable energy. Renewable energy is growing quickly around the world, and they wanted to capture that momentum in the recent technical and public articles for the GENI's web site. They outlined a process to review and summarize a large number of reports. I found the original source material, wrote a brief abstract and provided the web link for future research. This was done for all six prime renewable resources. In the process of this internship, I received an excellent awareness of global energy issues, climate change and trends facing our planet. GENI's employees are really kind. It was the great business experience. It gave me an important reference for finding a job when Icame back to my country. My internship experience at GENI was educational, challenging and positive. Thank you GENI. If you were a GENI intern or volunteer and we've missed your name, please contact GENI as soon as possible, including information about the time(s), date(s), and project(s) involved.
