Upcoming Buckminster Fuller Centennial Symposium and
Celebration
Dear GENI
Friend,
Big events
have a way of honing one's focus. Your support
has enabled us to get more work done in 24 hours than
we ever dreamed possible. The Buckminster
Fuller Centennial Symposium and Celebration is
just three weeks away, and this office has risen to
the task.
As an example,
we've learned how to get a 1500 piece bulk mail out
in just one day -- unthinkable just a few months ago.
Nanci Hartland is making over 100 enrollment calls
a day to invite people to be at the Bucky Centennial.
Patricia Stevens now has over 100 volunteers. She
is managing to make each venue as organized and welcoming
to each participant as we possibly can. Barbara Karlin
now manages a data base of over 8000 people around
the world!
I wish
you could spend a day in the GENI International office
sometime soon, just to see the level of activity and
commitment of the staff. You would be proud and inspired
to jump in and help out.
The most
important thing to do this month is show up for the
Bucky
100th event in San Diego. . . and bring your family
and tell your friends. This is the only place in the
world hosting a tribute to the 20th century visionary,
and it's only going to happen once. Arrange your schedule
and join us for a weekend that promises to both enrich
and provoke you.
Your partner,
Peter Meisen
President

are two reprints of recent media articles just published.
If you would like to assist on any of the event teams,
please call Patricia Stevens right away.
