Wind Energy Potential in Uzbekistan

There are currently no operating power plants in Uzbekistan because for the most part only weak winds of 3 m/s exist. However, Uzbekistan's wind energy potential is fair because stronger winds of 5 m/s are prevalent in regions such as the Aral Sea coast and Plato Ustyurt.
