Yearly solar radiation

Solar radiation is most intense in Corsica and in the regions of Provence, Alpes and Côte d'Azur. Photovoltaic installations in these places will yield the highest output.

The map has been published by the "Agence de l'Environnement et de la Maitrise de l'Énergie" (ADEME), France. The measuring unit is kWh/m²a.
